GENERAL INFORMATION

1. What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of digital products including PNGs, SVG/PNG Sets, Seamless Patterns, Cup Wraps, Rhinestone Templates, Element Sheets, Key Chain Designs, Pen Wraps, Procreate tools, Clipart, Design Guides and more!. We also occasionally sell handmade physical items and print-on-demand (POD) products featuring our artwork.

2. How are digital files delivered?
Instantly! You’ll receive a download link via email right after purchase.

3. Do you sell physical products too?
Yes, we offer handmade items and POD products that feature our original designs. These are made or processed upon ordering.

4. Do you offer custom or exclusive designs?
Yes! We accept both custom and exclusive requests. Exclusive designs are priced higher as they are one-shop-use only. We do offer lower rates for customs that could potentially be resold - Please contact us before purchasing to confirm pricing and scope. 

5. Do you offer bundles or mix-and-match options?
We occasionally run bundle or mix-and-match sales during promotional events. Keep an eye out!


LICENSING & USAGE

6. Do I need a license to use your digital designs?
For most uses, no license is required. If you're producing more than 250 physical products or using the designs in print/transfer shops, please check our Licensing Terms.

7. Can I use your designs for commercial projects?
Yes! You can use them on final products like shirts, tumblers, hats, etc. A license is required for large-scale or print-on-demand usage.

8. Can I alter the designs I purchase?
Yes! You may resize, recolor, or combine them to create new finished products. You may not resell, share, or upload modified versions as any form of digital files or claim them as your own art work/hand drawn designs.

9. Are there any design usage restrictions?
Yes. Redistribution, resale, or uploading to POD platforms like (but not limited to) Redbubble, Amazon Merch, or Printify is not allowed.


REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

10. Do you offer refunds or cancellations for digital products?
No. All digital sales are final due to the nature of the product.

11. What is your policy for physical product returns or cancellations?

  • RTS (Ready-to-Ship): No cancellations once shipped.

  • Made-to-order/POD: All sales are final.

  • Damaged Items: Must be reported within 72 hours with photos.

12. What happens if my item is damaged or lost?
Please reach out within 72 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll do our best to resolve it!


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

13. How long does shipping take?

  • RTS: Ships within 2–5 business days.

  • POD: Can take 5–21 business days depending on demand.

14. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.

15. Will I receive tracking with my order?
Yes! All physical orders include tracking information.


DIGITAL FILES & COMPATIBILITY

16. What file types do you provide?
We offer PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF, and Procreate-specific formats (.brush/.brushset).

17. Are your files compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, etc.?
Yes! Our SVGs and PNGs are compatible with all major cutting machines.

18. Do your Procreate tools work on all iPads?
Yes, they work on any iPad with Procreate installed.

19. I can't open or download my file — what should I do?
Contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll help resolve the issue.

20. Do your files come zipped?
Some files may come as ZIP folders. Be sure to extract them before use.

21. Are instructions or license details included with my download?
Yes, many listings include instructions or notes in a separate file.


ORDERS & PAYMENT

22. What payment methods do you accept?
You’ll find payment options listed at the bottom of every page in our store. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

23. Can I cancel or edit an order after placing it?
Due to our processing times, changes are not guaranteed. Contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best.

24. Do I need an account to purchase?
Nope! But having one helps you access order history and digital downloads more easily.


PROMOTIONS, REQUESTS & EXTRAS

25. Do you offer freebies?
Occasionally! Keep an eye on the homepage or subscribe to our email list.

26. Do you offer discounts for email subscribers?
Yes — new subscribers get 20% off their next order (single use). We email infrequently with product drops and updates.

27. Do you accept product or theme requests?
Always! Reach out to us via our Contact Page with your ideas. We love collaborating.

28. Where can I find sizing info for wraps or patterns?
Check each product listing — sizing is always listed in the description.

29. Can I request a design tweak for an existing product?
Yes — simple color or size changes may be available. Contact us before purchasing to confirm!

30. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Not currently, but feel free to contact us if you have a special request or collaboration in mind.
