Our shop policies apply to all transactions and orders placed with McKnight Designs & Co. They include but are not limited to the information below.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:
- Digital items: We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any files/digital items once an order is placed. No exceptions.
- Made to Order, Customized or Personalized Products: Due to the nature and lack of ability to resell we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any items once the item has been started or modified to your needs. All sales are final. No returns.
- Damaged items: Must be photographed (box, condition, label and damaged item) and photos need to be provided for proof to provide to shipping company. Images/notification of damages should be provided to McKnight Designs & Co within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery.
- Item must be shipped back to Shop Owner/Store (at purchaser's cost) and item must be received prior to refund being issued.
- Other handmade items that are listed as "RTS": We do not offer cancellations after the item has had a shipping label purchased or ready to be shipped. We will only accept returns on items that were damaged during the shipping process.
- Damaged items: Must be photographed (box, condition, label and damaged item) and photos need to be provided for proof to provide to shipping company. Images/notification of damages should be provided to McKnight Designs & Co within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery.
- Item must be shipped back to Shop Owner/Store (at purchaser's cost) and item must be received prior to refund being issued.
Processing Time:
- Ready-to-Ship (RTS) tumblers: 5-7 business days.
- Made-to-Order tumblers: up to 6 weeks.
- Pre-Order tumblers: 8-10 weeks.
- For multiple item orders, the longest processing time applies.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing times can change depending on time of year & demand. Updated processing times can be located in the banner on the home page as well.
Customizations:
- Any customizations must be discussed with us before placing an order.
- If a "note" on a purchase was left for a customization without shop/owner in agreement prior to purchase, order could be canceled at our discretion.
Shipping:
- We ship via USPS, and we are not responsible for any delays.
- We strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance to your order.
- If something arrives damaged, you MUST take images of the packaging (including the damaged package and shipping label), as well as what the product looked like upon removal from the package prior to discarding prior to receiving any sort of assistance. Images are REQUIRED.
- If refunds are requested due to the nature of the damages, we do require the item to be shipped BACK TO McKnight Designs & Co (at the customer's expense) prior to any type of funds/refunds being issued.
- Notification of damages, images & information during shipping must be sent to us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items after the products leave our hands. If something is lost or stolen during/after shipping - we will not be held accountable. Insurance is recommended for coverages/potential financial recovery of lost items.
Disclaimer of Liability:
- We are NOT liable for personal injury, property damage, or other damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, any allergic reactions, ingestion, injury, or any unforeseen consequences. Additionally, we will not be liable for any use that was not intended for that individual product.
- We are not liable for damages incurred from shipping but we need to be made aware of and see proof of damages from shipping in order to help resolve any issues we can. If something arrives damaged, you MUST take images of the packaging (including the damaged package and shipping label), as well as what the product looked like upon removal from the package prior to discarding or receiving any sort of assistance. Images are REQUIRED.
Chargebacks:
If a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank/financial institution for EITHER a valid or invalid reason, McKnight Designs & Co reserve the right to the following:
- Cancellation: Cancel any existing or future orders placed by that customer without prior notice. This includes orders that have been paid for and not yet fulfilled.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have a history of initiating chargebacks.
- Refusal of Services will include (but is not limited to) declining any future orders and/or prohibiting access to certain features of our website and social media platforms.
