Digital Files & Drives

What You May Do:

• Utilize our digital files on completed products like tumblers, shirts, hats, headbands etc.
• Alter the color of a single-color png/svg file to another single color on the finished product.
• Resize our files to suit your finished product's needs.
• Pair McKnight Designs & Co files together to make tumbler wrap files for finished items only (NOT to make or distribute any file/wrap etc. digitally).
• Add a name to a tumbler wrap file for finished products only.

What You Are Prohibited From Doing:

• Overlaying or incorporating any of our patterns or seamless files on any files (you may *not* add our patterns to any digital file or print you are creating).  They are to be used as they are created unless you have permission directly from the owner of McKnight Designs & Co.
• Claiming our files as your own art/work.  You may NOT claim, sell, share or distribute these files as though they are your own.  
• Providing the file to an unlicensed company to make or order prints from said unlicensed company.  To have our files printed, the printing company MUST have a license from McKnight Designs & Co to create/print that file.
• Reselling or redistributing any part of McKnight Designs & Co files.
• Posting mockups or items without a proper watermark over our graphic/design. 
• Watermark (minimum) defined as a "do not copy" notice.
• Must cover at least 50% of the digital design
• Opacity of watermark must be at a minimum of 15% to meet our requirements.
• Sharing our digital files with any individual or business.
• Posting our files in dump groups or any platform or sharing impages in private messages, emails, groups etc. without a watermark (watermark as described above).
• Sharing purchases with any other business owner or individual that do not hold a license from McKnight Designs & Co.
• Selling printed transfers, stickers, etc., without purchasing the appropriate licensing for our files.

Licensing Terms & Conditions:

What You May Do:

• Use the licensed design(s) to sell items like stickers, print transfers, fabric, patches, or products that are viewed as "tools" or "materials" and not a finished final product (Example: printing DTFs or the design on Fabrics to sell as material and not a finished product)
• Change the color of a single color image to another single solid color.
• Share your transfer items in the McKnight Designs & Co Facebook group (owner only).
• Licenses and design purchases apply solely to the purchasing business and are not shareable.

What You Are Prohibited From Doing:

• Using our designs in logo design, third-party printing, or standalone prints without proper licensing.
• Claiming our files as your own.
• Reselling our clipart or stamp sets without incorporating them into your own designs.
• Altering our files in any manner other than stated above.
• Posting mock-ups without a watermark covering our designs.
• Copying or creating items that closely resemble any of our designs.
• Sharing, selling, or altering any part of our files without consent from McKnight Designs & Co.
• Sharing this license with another business. One license applies to one business only and is non-transferable.  
• Note:  If you own more than one business and want to use these files - it will require 2 licenses, not one.  One license per business not per person.

Finally - no files, graphics or images from our site may be screen captured or saved/edited/modified and used as your own unless advised otherwise by owner or in the description of the page. 

We will not tolerate stolen images to be "cleaned up" and utilized or distributed/shared without some form of purchase/licensing on our products.  Individuals found stealing our images will result in actions against the individual/business as outlined below.

Failure to adhere to these terms can result in actions against you and your business, including the revocation of licensing and banning from using and purchasing our files. Additional actions could occur depending on severity of violation of these terms.
