Commercial License - ALL FILES (Shop wide) Seamless, PNG, Wraps etc.

Complete Shop - PNG, Wraps, Seamless Files and all existing/future state Licensing for McKnight Designs & Co Digital Art

This is required for print, fabric, mass production or POD shops that will utilize our designs on 250+ products.

• This means that if you are intending on using files on products that are to be sold as a "completed item" that is created and printed "in house" (such as a completed tumbler, t-shirt etc.) you are not required to purchase a license for under 250 creations/prints. 
• Licenses are required for use of print in a "material" use (such as a transfer, sticker, decal, fabric etc.) on MASS PRODUCTION - anything over 250 prints.
• There is no license for a digital format resale of any kind.  This is prohibited by McKnight Designs & Co. at this time.
• You may not share, distribute, resell, manipulate, modify or recreate my designs - this would nullify our terms of service & you will no longer be able to purchase or utilize our files.

• This license permits usage without alterations (outside of resizing) and prohibits resale or sharing in digital format.
• This license is REQUIRED for shops that intend on printing POD or selling products of 250+.  
• If you are a small business shop that does not need to utilize each file more than 250 times, this license is NOT required.

Additional Licensing Details:

• Each license applies solely to the purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Alterations (beyond resizing) or modifications of any kind are prohibited under all licenses.
• Redistribution, sharing, selling or claiming our art as your own is strictly prohibited under any licensing agreement.
• No resale or sharing of our digital art in *any* digital format is permitted under any circumstances.  This includes (but is not limited to) use of digital content, logos, web graphics, print on demand sites etc.  
• We reserve the right to revoke purchased licenses at any time for any reason if we find that you have broken the agreement of our terms & conditions or shop policies.
