Please note that a license is NOT required for final product use of 250 or less creations.

• This means that if you are intending on using files on products that are to be sold as a "completed item" (such as a completed tumbler, t-shirt etc.) you are not required to purchase a license (under 250 uses). 
• Licenses are required for use of print/resale of the file in a "material" use (such as a transfer, sticker, decal, fabric etc.) of 250 or more uses.
• There is no license for a digital format resale of any kind.  This is prohibited by McKnight Designs & Co. at this time.

Licensing Options for Digital Art

Enhance your creative journey with McKnight Designs & Co.'s digital files while ensuring you are in compliance with our licensing options.

1. Single Design/File License: Ideal for individual purchasers intending to utilize a single design/file in a final product or for printing purposes as a use of "material" (stickers, transfers, fabrics etc.).

• Perfect for those who like to buy one or two designs from various digital creators for their shop prints/items and wouldn't require coverage of several of our digital files.
• This license permits usage without alterations (outside of resizing) and prohibits resale or sharing in digital format.

2. Seamless Pattern ALL SHOP Files License: Geared (mostly) towards surface pattern design users (vinyl sheet, fabrics etc.), this license provides access to print/use unlimited seamless patterns upon purchase of ANY seamless files in our shop. 

• Great for businesses or individuals that utilize surface pattern designs within their business but do not require tumbler wraps or individual decal types of files.
• This license permits usage without alterations (outside of resizing) and prohibits resale or sharing in digital format.

3. All-Inclusive Bundled Shop License: The ultimate license for individuals or vendors/shops seeking comprehensive access to our digital files.  These will include completed designs, wrap designs, seamless file designs, and element sheets.

• Perfect for those looking to carry a wide array of our designs and products and reducing the long-term cost of licensing fees.
• This license permits usage without alterations (outside of resizing) and prohibits resale or sharing in digital format.

Note:  This EXCLUDES rhinestone templates, other templates or any pattern/blueprints we sell that has not been defined within this page and license descriptions.

Additional Licensing Details:

• Each license applies solely to the purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Alterations (beyond resizing) or modifications of any kind are prohibited under all licenses.
• Redistribution, sharing, selling or claiming our art as your own is strictly prohibited under any licensing agreement.
• No resale or sharing of our digital art in *any* digital format is permitted under any circumstances.  This includes (but is not limited to) use of digital content, logos, web graphics, print on demand sites etc.  
• We reserve the right to revoke purchased licenses at any time for any reason if we find that you have broken the agreement of our terms & conditions or shop policies.
